A fast, tough defender, Todd
learned the tricks of the trade while playing college
hockey at Kent State University. He also played
junior hockey with current teammate Paul Kasztelan.
Todd was honored as the club's Best Defenseman
in 2004-05. In 2005-06, his second season with the club, Todd scored 82 points and took home the Best Defenseman plaque and the award for gentlemanly conduct. In 2006-2007, Todd scored 44 goals and 51 assists for 95 points and was named the club's Most Valuable Player. He also took home his third consecutive Best Defenseman award.
